Katie, Doreen, Ruth and I are all still feeling the internal glow left after workshop with our lovely new friends.

We have some recipes for you here plus a photo I took last evening in the woods as a few tiny amethyst deceivers popped up in the woods I thought of you all.

I really feel we had a beautiful group of kindred spirits and delighted to spend time with you all.
